Now, we work diligently with our next documentary film from the Chaco. This film will present you the way of life from the indians, the history of the Chaco war (Paraguay against Bolivia) and the complet history of the mennonites.
Also you see wonderful pictures of the district and the animals, the life and work with cowboys on a farm and fascinating salt lagoons. Different opinions exist about the Chaco. Some people think it's the "green hell" from Paraguay and other, like us, who are in raptures with this area. This is the reason for our film tiple. More or less we need 10 tours to the Chaco with minimum 1.500km there and back to complet this film, each time we stay there for some days to work. On our last tour we had 3 companions, 2 women and a 84 year old "grandmama", former customers and now good friends of us. Also they were in reptures with the Chaco, but on the other side, they saw the bad way of life from the indians.
Spontaneonsly they organized a private help. On our next tour, probably in the next week, we will drive with one full packed car with foodstuffs for the poor indians. To produce this film is our heart's desire, but the really high production costs have delay our work again and again. We try to find sponsors for our film, but in Paraguay without sucess, because the people are not interest in this things. But - have an own opinion, we present the Chaco really and truly.
